Your donation can help fund educational exhibits and public outreach programs that will engage visitors of all ages, and support curatorial efforts to study, preserve and display natural history specimens.

Ways to Help:
There are many ways to make a gift. You may choose to make a one-time gift or a pledge payable over several years. To help make the museum a reality, you might consider:
gifts-in-kind (physical assets such as equipment, real estate, natural history specimens)

workplace giving & matching funds programs (If your employer doesn't have the museum on its list, ask for our name to be added!)
•
a planned gift (will, life insurance policy, charitable remainder trusts, RRSP and RRIF funds)
Tax benefits vary depending on the type of gift. For example, if you transfer publicly traded shares to UBC, you could avoid capital gains tax.
International support: We can accept donations from international donors. UBC has established three international charitable foundations for donors living in the U.S., the U.K., and Hong Kong.
For donors interested in making a leadership gift, there a number of dynamic spaces within the museum that are available for naming opportunities
- including the biodiversity garden & courtyard.
